These terms describe the use of vertexcio.com and its public resources. A client engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, not by these website terms.

Public information, not an engagement

The website, articles, sample deliverable, and checklists are general information and illustrative examples. They are not a technology assessment of your organization, a recommendation about a transaction, or legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or investment advice. A request for information or a booked introductory conversation does not by itself create a client relationship, NDA, or duty to assess a transaction.

Use of the site and resources

You may read and use the public resources internally to evaluate your own business or transaction, with attribution to Vertex CIO Advisory. Do not represent an illustrative sample as a real client report or use the materials in a misleading way. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit credentials, sensitive records, or confidential deal material through its public forms.

Accuracy and outside services

We aim to keep the site useful and current, but public guidance may not fit a particular company, deal, or regulatory context. Links and tools operated by others, including a scheduling service, are subject to those providers' terms and practices. Our handling of website information is described in the Privacy Notice.
